Supercapacitor powered badges, as gifts for visitors to our for our fledgling barrio "People from Other Planets" at Nowhere 2019, a regional burn near Zaragoza, Spain.
They made another appearance at the 2025 Alien Beach Parade, in Lisbon, Portugal.
Two 2.5V 4.7F capacitors provide around 1 hour of autonomy after charging for about 60 seconds. There are two board variants, one with a touch sensitive pad and another which is sound reactive.
